'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'Perfect location! Very comfortable. Great service. Highly recommend! The only negatives are the beds are doubles vs queen, but I knew that before staying. The bed sconce is controlled by the same switch as the recessed lights which is annoying if you just want a bedside light on and not the blinding recessed. '
