'My bestie & I had our girls getaway at this wonderful little cottage. I absolutely loved it. Perfect for two single women, separate bedrooms, a nice little kitchen and wonderful screened-in porch that allowed me to sit and just look out at the water, seeped in peacefulness. We were lucky that no one else was in any of the other cottages so it was very quiet. There's a great Irish pub down the street where we had dinner one night too. I would highly recommend staying here.'

'What a great place to stay! I was on the Cape for Thanksgiving so it was a different kind of vacation but just as much fun. This sweet house had everything I needed and close to town and the beach. I loved walking the Sylvan Path every morning. The host stayed in touch to make sure everything was fine. Thanks Sharon!'

'Very quiet, peaceful and clean in a very nice part of town. My only complaint is that I forgot to bring my own pillow and really didn't like theirs... otherwise it was lovely.'

'Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch.'

'The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space...

'We enjoyed our 4 night stay in early September. The weather was hot and muggy, so we were grateful for the air conditioning. The cottage is tiny but it had everything we needed to cook meals. We found the murphy bed to be very comfortable and easy to open and close.'
