The beds were comfortable and the blackout shades helped us sleep in. The home is all one floor which worked well for my elderly mother who stayed with us. 'This is a great property. We stayed here in May of 2022 and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this October. Property is beautiful, emaculately maintain, and has absolutly everything you could need. The beach is a huge plus even off-season. My husband and I stayed with my mother, daughter, and her boyfriend. It was a perfect space for everyone to spread out for privace but come together for socializing. I highly recommend it.'

'This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. Secondly, the bathrooms are super nice as they have been upgraded. However the suggestion is to turn up the water heater. Our showers were...

The bed was quite comfortable too. As a woman traveling alone, my only issues were with the isolation of the area in the off-season (there were coyotes outside at night), and I would have liked to have had a more secure bolt lock and less see-through blinds.'
