Kaap met privéstrand op Nantucket Sound 2 minuten lopen

Ons huis is gelegen op een rustige prive-weg cul de sac in de zeer wenselijk South Hyannis. Dit bijgewerkte klassieke huis in Cape Cod heeft rechten op een privézandstrand op Nantucket Sound - op slechts ongeveer 2 minuten lopen van ons kindvriendelijke strand met ondiep, zacht zeewater.

De lichte woning beschikt over nieuwe apparatuur, meubels en bedden. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met een eigen badkamer en een bijgevoegde drie seizoenen serre om te ontspannen met toegang tot een grote, goed ingerichte patio en een eigen achtertuin. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en de derde slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een eenpersoonsbed. Ze delen een volledig hoofdbad. Ons huis slaapt comfortabel 7 personen. Hoogtepunten van het huis zijn onder andere: prachtige houten en tegelvloeren, een goed uitgeruste granieten keuken, extra grote LG-wasmachines en een open plattegrond met een wenteltrap naar een entertainmentgedeelte op het tweede niveau en een buitenterras met seizoensgebonden uitzicht op het moeras, Circo Pond en de oceaan. De opslaggarage biedt plaats aan strandstoelen, strandspeelgoed en strandbuggy's voor uw gebruik.

Goede voorzieningen zijn onder meer: een eigen buitendouche met kleedruimte om af te spoelen na een dag op het strand, twee ruime terrassen, outdoor Weber aardgas grill, twee familiekamers met flatscreen-tv's, centrale airconditioning en WI-FI. Twee opritten zijn geschikt voor off-straat parkeren voor vier (4) auto's.

Loop 150 treden naar het zandpad dat naar een privéstrand leidt met kalm, warm zeewater. Dit is een geweldige locatie om te kajakken en paddle-boarding. Als de wind op is, kijk dan hoe de windsurfers, kitesurfers en zeilboten voorbij gaan. Geniet van het uitzicht op reizende veerboten, Great Island en Hyannis Port met Kennedy Compound. Maak een wandeling langs het water en verken het naburige Keyes-strand in het westen of het Kalmus-strand in het oosten.

Het huis is gunstig dicht bij alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn voor een plezierige vakantie, maar toch afgezonderd van de drukte van de Kaap. Geniet van Hyannis Harbor, Artist Shanties, Downtown Hyannis Shopping en Fine Dining Restaurants, John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum, Cape Cod Maritime Museum, Cape Cod Melody Tent en bekijk nabijgelegen honkbalwedstrijden van Hyannis Mets. The house and it’s layout is as perfect as it gets. It is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a vacation rain or shine. The inside is spacious and it has a bonus game room/ loft with a small deck to enjoy a morning coffee. The back yard includes a large table with seating for everyone. The backyard is very quiet and private due to some excellent landscaping. The outdoor shower is amazing and a quintessential feature of a true Cape Cod experience.

Wonderful property and location!

From booking with Jim and Alexia, to all of the super helpful information they provided, and everything in between, this house was perfection for me and my family’s Cape Cod vacation. We arrived, greeted by Jim, with a great tour. He answered our questions and helped with several great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The house was spotless. It also was decorated beautifully and set up for anything you could possibly need during your stay. Beds were comfy, laundry on site was clutch.

Fabulous house!

Immaculately clean. 3 good size bedrooms with very comfy mattresses. Very well supplied linens and towels. Kitchen great with all the appliances, pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls etc you could possibly want. Large natural gas Weber grill just outside the kitchen door. Terrific backyard with grass, lovely plantings, a large outdoor table with a huge umbrella. Lovely front yard. Very quiet street with off street parking. 2 short blocks to a private beach. Everything labeled and well organized in the house. All remotes labeled as well. Gas fireplace in the large living room with 2 good sized couches and 2 chairs and a nice big Vizeo TV. They also leave a very well organized "manual" with lots of instructions as well as restaurant and what to see recommendations. Also, very good communication with owner. Jim texted me one evening warning us of an incoming nor'easter and letting me know where the lanterns were kept in case the power went out. We would definitely recommend this lovely house if you want a great location in Hyannis!! 10 stars!!

Picture Perfect House

From the moment we pulled up and saw the white picket fence and beautiful garden, we had smiles on our faces. These just got bigger as we met Jim and Alexia and they showed us around the house. It was just beautiful and so much attention to detail. So much thought has gone into making sure guests have everything they need. The instructions on how to use everything were so detailed it made everything so easy. The kitchen had everything you could think of including snacks, the beds were really comfortable and all the areas to chill out in were wonderful, we loved playing the vinyl records on the turntable. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and everything was provided including a trolley to take your chairs down. This is by far one of the best places we have rented and we were sad to leave. Jim and Alexia are the perfect hosts and made it obvious that they wanted us to have a great break. On the day we arrived it was raining and they had printed out a whole sheet of things we could do if it continued to rain ! We will definitely come back.

Paradise on Cape Cod

We spent the most amazing week on Cape Cod at this beautiful property. The home was sparkling clean (essential to my partner)! Every amenity you could think of was provided. The beds were super comfortable, the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in after a busy day of sightseeing. The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Steps to the beach, which is gorgeous. Walking in the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Close to everything in Hyannis. Super easy to catch the ferry to the islands. James was easy to work with, with great communication and follow-up. This was the first time for my partner and his parents to visit Cape Cod and staying in this perfect house made for a great trip for them. Thank you for allowing us the use of this oasis on the Cape. We are already talking about coming back next year.

Peace of paradise in Cape Cod

This property was a joy to stay at. All the spaces were so lovely to relax in. The beds were comfortable and everything was well organized . The cleanliness and owners attention to detail makes staying at this property a joy. The house is well appointed and comfortably furnished. Wonderful stay in Hyannis

The house is beautiful and spotless. The house has everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. Very short walk to a beautiful private beach. The hosts met us at the property to review everything with us and to let us know to reach out with any issues. They also checked in a couple days later to ensure everything was ok. We had one very small issue with a running toilet which was fixed immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

The most perfect house, location, and overall experience in Cape Cod

There’s no way to summarize the PERFECTION of this property!!!! The location is incredible.. even closer to the beach than it looks. Less than a minute walk! Every detail in the house has been thought of, included, updated, etc. Beautifully clean and well stocked with anything and everything you’d need for the kitchen, bathrooms, beach, water activities, and more. The owners are so helpful and communicative - and incredibly friendly/genuine to boot!! Within 24 hours, we were already back on VRBO to rebook another stay. Plenty of room for us and our three kids/tweens/teens to spread out. I could go on and on and on!!!!!!!!
