Gelegen in het zeer gewilde Katama-gebied van Edgartown, ligt deze zorgvuldig onderhouden kathedraal Cape verscholen aan een rustige, particuliere doodlopende weg vlak bij Meshaket en Clevelandtown Roads.

EERSTE VERDIEPING:
De eerste verdieping heeft een moderne indeling met open woon-, eet- en keukengedeeltes. De woonkamer heeft kathedraal plafonds, hardhouten vloeren en comfortabele stoelen gecentreerd rond een mediacenter met HD Smart TV en high speed internet. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van een magnetron, gasfornuis, koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine en vaatwasser. Keukenapparatuur is een Keurig-koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, keukenhulp-keukenmixer, een enorme kreeftenpot en veel potten, pannen, schalen en kommen. De keuken opent naar de eetkamer, een eigen terras en afgeschermde veranda voor eenvoudig vermaak. Ook op de eerste verdieping is een slaapkamer / kantoor met een queensize bed, evenals een complete badkamer met douche / bad en wasruimte.

TWEEDE VERDIEPING:
Boven zijn er twee grote slaapkamers met kathedraalplafonds. De eerste slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en 2 aparte bedden. Bovendien is er een complete badkamer met douche / bad.

OPENLUCHT WOONPLAATSEN:
De buitenruimtes zijn voorzien van een gemeubileerde afgeschermde veranda, een eigen terras omgeven door mooi aangelegde tuinen, een buitengrill en een buitendouche. Er is een 3-auto grind oprit grind oprit.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at the property. We love the location - the property is secluded and quiet yet close to all of Edgartown's offerings. The house is very clean, with all the amenities you need. And the host is very responsive. Highly recommend for your next Vineyard stay!!

Wonderful Stay and visit!

Stayed at this property with 3 other girlfriends. The home is just as described and Korrie was wonderful to work with. The communication was great and everything went very smoothly. The home is amazing. So well stocked and Korrie is very hospitable. There weret tolietries, coffee pods, zip lock bags, paper towels and TP! So welcoming! This property is beautiful, so well decorated, comfortable, clean and located on a quiet dead end street. The porch is amazing and where we enjoyed spending coffee time every morning. We also loved watching all the birds! Korrie has put out bird feeders and they are very well used:) The location was great! Perfect for enjoying Edgartown and the rest of the island. We all agreed this was our best girls trip yet! We will be back and I highly recommend this property!

Best Vrbo House Ever!

My friends and I stayed at this wonderful property for my birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time. This is the best supplied Vrbo house I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Korrie is a perfect host and her house is amazing. Great for a family with kids in that there are 2 separate fun areas for kids and grownups! We played ping pong and put puzzles together. The first floor bedroom is perfect for those who don't love stairs. I rate this house as 5/5 stars! Thank you Korrie for such a great time!

More than perfect!

WOW! We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this property!! Such a beautiful, thoughtfully decorated home with tons of space and everything we needed for a perfect stay. The kitchen was super well stocked, the bathrooms had yummy scented Vineyard bath products for use, and everything was spotless. We really enjoyed the screened in porch every morning for a cup of tea and every night wrapped in blankets while listening to the night sounds in the private backyard. The house was very close for daytime exploring or dinner out in Edgartown, while also being a short drive (or bike ride) to the beach. Korrie, the owner, was amazing. So thoughtful and communicative. Perfect house, perfect host, and more than perfect trip! Hope we can visit again sometime ❤️

Great in every way

The house was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy, uncluttered, in fine working condition, and loaded with everything you could possibly need - towels, paper products, and the most well-equipped kitchen. Sometimes, when you come to a VRBO, you feel like everything of any use and value is locked and hidden away. Here, it felt like we were trusted to just have access to their stuff. Two terrific well-kept bikes, a great ping pong table, so many games. Highly recommend!

A Special Spot

We have been renting on the Vineyard for over 15 summers and this was a top experience. The owners passion for the property shows through from with the presentation of the home and in the communication before and during the stay. Every little detail looked after allowing you to truly enjoy Martha’s Vineyard. Looking forward to coming back again for years to come!

Absolutely wonderful

The property was just so great. I can’t say enough about it. It is the type of place that you feel like you are still away even when you are in the house. The downstairs was great for the teens. The communication with the property owner was amazing, just an overall amazing property and experience on the Vineyard.

Spent a week at this lovely property. It was peaceful and quiet, while still being walking distance to Edgartown for the 4th of July parade. We really enjoyed the finished basement, which stayed nice & cool, as well as the screened in porch. Even got to feed the birds while we were there, as the owners leave birdseed for use. Great stay!!

Great House and Great Location

Our family had a great stay here! The house is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all you need for your time here from cooking supplies to beach supplies. The screened in porch too was great to have this time of year also. Korrie is a great host and is very responsive. She is very thoughtful and there are books for all ages even children. She provides all the information you need and it was great having suggestions in the welcome book too. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Love this cozy house!

We were 3 adults and the house had ample room for 3 or 4 others. Everything was very clean and neat. Bedroom linens were so nice- my daughter wanted to replicate in her apartment. Living room was freshly decorated with a very comfy couch. Kitchen worked out great and had all the kitchen supplies and cookware we needed. (Its nice to have foil and plastic wrap available). We cooked half the meals here. The weather on this Jan week was rainy so we did not get to enjoy the deck or screened in porch but that would have been another plus. The location was perfect for us- easy access to bike paths leading to town. An easy walk to town. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this cozy house. And the owner was a pleasure!
