'My only complaint was the bracelets that are used to open our room, fitness room, beach towels, gates to and from the beach almost never worked. After my third bracelet I got a room key and it worked perfectly! The bracelet is a great concept. But in our group , only sometimes, mostly never did the bracelets worked properly. 'Everything was perfect!! Our 9th visit and fell in love with this hotel when we got there for the 1st time. For us, European, pretty expensive but worth the money!! Can’t imagine a better a hotel with the same atmosphere. Will definiately get there again if possible! '

'Well situated hotel, front desk was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Rooms clean but a bit dated. Beware there is an extra fee (resort fee) of 22 USD (19.95+tax) per night if you book through a third party!!'

'The staff is exceptionally attentive and kind! They were so good to my kids as well. I needed some sun tan lotion and was going to purchase a bottle but the towel attendant offered a basically un-used bottle they had found and wasn’t being used instead of me having to buy some. This is one of our favorite resorts and will definitely be back! '
