'We positioned ourselves in Cambridge Springs PA so that we could travel up to 6 hours northeast to 6 hours southwest to catch the 2024 Eclipse. We were fortunate that we needed to only travel about 2 hours west to Ohio to catch the best weather. We would have had a wonderful view from the Cambridge Springs location, but were unsure about the weather. The cottage was homey and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t take advantage of the game room in the basement, preferring to cozy up...

'I must say through the pictures I thought this place would be nice. I was right but the pictures do not give it justice of how beautiful the place really is. I truly believe the group and I seen the most beautiful sunset we will ever see. We had a great time. The hosts are the most genuine and nice people. Any questions at any time they were there with answers. I will be 100% returning with friends and family in the future.'

'This is the most well stocked VRBO in which we have stayed. Eggs from then farm chickens was such an added touch. The setting is beautiful. My daughter’s graduation pictures ended up looking like we picked a professional photographer. Note, the shower is upstairs only and the steps are steep. There is a deep bathtub downstairs, but for my older family this presented a challenge.'

'We really enjoyed Four Seasons Lodge! The location for skiing, was excellent! The bunk in the basement for our 5 grandchildren ages 4 - 10 was ideal, and loads of fun for these "cousins" to all be together. Wonderfully appointed kitchen! The two family rooms makes spreading out indoor activities quite easy. Plenty of beds, towels, blankets, etc. Very welcoming! Can't say enough good about the host! Our communications were timely and most helpful! Thank you Rick!'

'My family had extended family from Ohio come to visit so we had a gathering at the property! It was perfect !! Just right amount of space and the decor is amazing ! Perfect size to entertain around 35 people .'

'Amazing place for any large or small gathering. Enough space for everybody to have their own privacy as well as everyone else to hang out and enjoy time together. Was winter time when we were up there and was still a great spot. Would love to see how this place is in spring and summertime. Would highly recommend.'

'The property was as good or better than advertized. It was clean and well maintained (and huge). The owner was helpful and available if any questions arose. The location was awesome...just a quick walk to all the town had to offer. We would definitely recommend.'

'We stayed here because it was in close proximity to my daughter’s house where we celebrated Easter. She didn’t have the room for us to stay, so we rented here. It was so comfortably rustic and cutely decorated with spacious gathering space and comfortable sleeping spaces for adults and kids. We felt very at home!'

'This was our second stay at this lovely house on the river. We had 6 adults plus our dogs, so we were thrilled to find a place to accommodate such a large group. Enjoyed the front porch overlooking the river, which was big enough for all of us to use at once, and made use of the back patio with grill. Many charming antiques throughout the house and a beautiful (and large) hand made dining room table. We brought several kayaks and really enjoyed the river. Lisa was the best - very quick to reply...

'Great location. Went to Warner Theater in erie. Only 30 min. Away. Very quiet except for the soothing sound of the lake. Rainy most of time but still able to sit on the deck. 'We had a really great experience at this house! Everything we needed for a great weekend was there. Saturday night we sat out around the fire pit and even cooked our steak dinner on the fire. Wilk be planning another stay here soon. Thanks for the great end to my vacation!'

The downstairs was spacious and comfortable, and had ample seating for eating, lounging, etc. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and that there were extra supplies (paper towels, tissues, soap, etc) on hand. 'It was cold early April. At night around 29 degrees, but up to 65 in the sunny afternoon. We were two couples and a dad with an 11 year old, which was an awkward fit for the space. The 11 year old was very happy with the small porch room with the day bed. The 56 year old dad tolerated the small upstairs room that was the gateway to the huge attic bedroom, where I and my partner slept. You do have to trek though that room and down stairs a way to the bathroom. There isn't heating up there that we...
