'This is the most well stocked VRBO in which we have stayed. Eggs from then farm chickens was such an added touch. The setting is beautiful. My daughter’s graduation pictures ended up looking like we picked a professional photographer. Note, the shower is upstairs only and the steps are steep. There is a deep bathtub downstairs, but for my older family this presented a challenge.'

'This is a unique historic mansion with plenty of room and a large open-space kitchen, where we spent most of our time. There are plenty of towels and paper products for our use, comfortable beds, and a great location. This is our second stay as vendors at the annual Franklin May Mart. I love that the house is pet-friendly and has the bonus of a fenced-in yard.'

'This was our second stay at this lovely house on the river. We had 6 adults plus our dogs, so we were thrilled to find a place to accommodate such a large group. Enjoyed the front porch overlooking the river, which was big enough for all of us to use at once, and made use of the back patio with grill. 'We loved meeting our adult children for a quick weekend together at this cute yellow brick house. The code was super easy, the host responded to my texts immediately, he made everything easy. I almost didn’t book this house because I thought the beds looked uncomfortable in the pictures, but they were actually VERY comfortable for everyone! 'We were in town for a wedding. Had some down time and enjoyed being the space when we did not have wedding activities. I would stay again if I was in town and I would suggest others consider. Ryan was very nice.'

'The property was exactly as described in the listing, immaculately clean, quite comfortable, and perfect for my needs. It was a place for me and a friend to stay over the Easter weekend, but would be an ideal setting for a family gathering, hunting camp, or just a pleasant getaway from busy city life. I would definitely stay here again, and probably will, as my brother lives only 10 minutes away.'

Only problem is that it is not handicap accessible. It would be nice if that was listed on the online description. We would highly recommend this house to others.'

'The house was immaculate. So clean and cozy. The coffee selection was impressive. We ate at Ashley’s pub about 6 minutes away then ordered pizza from there the next night. We made breakfast both mornings and the kitchen has everything you need. I feel so lucky to have found this place for our family getaway. Would love to visit again in the summer to try out the kayaks. Just book it!!'

'During the eclipse 2024 my wife and me stayed for an extended weekend. Arriving Saturday, leaving Tuesday. The 2 bathroom / 2 bedroom unit is located over 2 floors and was too large for just the two of us - but we like our space ;o) . The house is located close to the town center with many small shops and several bar/restaurant locations, estimated about 5 minutes walk. 'We stayed here because it was in close proximity to my daughter’s house where we celebrated Easter. She didn’t have the room for us to stay, so we rented here. It was so comfortably rustic and cutely decorated with spacious gathering space and comfortable sleeping spaces for adults and kids. We felt very at home!'

'We positioned ourselves in Cambridge Springs PA so that we could travel up to 6 hours northeast to 6 hours southwest to catch the 2024 Eclipse. We were fortunate that we needed to only travel about 2 hours west to Ohio to catch the best weather. 'I must say through the pictures I thought this place would be nice. I was right but the pictures do not give it justice of how beautiful the place really is. I truly believe the group and I seen the most beautiful sunset we will ever see. We had a great time. The hosts are the most genuine and nice people.
