'Great room in vintage building located in cute town'

'Really nice condo! I would highly recommend staying here. Newer, nice furniture, great amenities, ease to get in and out of the building with the fob. I would definitely stay here instead of a hotel for a short stay and this would be perfect for a longer stay!'

The location was absolutely perfect being in a very nice neighborhood where we felt 100% safe walking our dogs or going into the town..which is just a couple blocks down the street. Tons of fun places to go and see. The unit was clean and comfortable and as expected. Communication with the owner was prompt and we had zero issues while we were there. Definitely hoping to rebook there again soon!'

The only negative thing I really could say was the noise from the street in the early morning, but that had already been mentioned prior to my stay and they did provide ear plugs. 'My wife and I planned a last-minute and much-needed getaway. To our surprise, we found this GREAT PROPERTY in our backyard! The rustic old house was remolded to a nice modern look. We are very familiar with the area and the town that this home is in, but we never knew that the town itself offered such very nice lodging, or lodging in general. There are hotels available outside of this downtown area, but you need to drive 15-30 minutes away. This property being in the middle of the downtown area...

'Stayed a week for work vs hotel. Nice apartment, clean bright everything I needed. Didn’t bother me but be aware long flight of stairs up, train goes by often, never really heard it from bedroom but you can hear it in living room not super loud just in background. Parking is about a short block away. Would definitely stay again.'

'We had a great time in Geneva. Overall the place we stayed was very nicely decorated, comfortable and close to town and the river. The bikes are a nice touch. Two things to be aware of when renting: the owner communicates a lot. There are contracts to sign and lots of back and forth. Way more than any other VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Tons of rules and reminders of rules. It was a little stressful. The other thing is this is a basement apartment. There is an apartment above and ANY walking around,...
