Very clean, nicely furnished and one block away from a long street full specialy shops, restaurants, etc. Very quaint area. This is a basement apartment. Really no issue getting down the stairs but someone with mobility issues has to take care on the cramped stairway.

Stayed in the basement apartment for long weekend to visit local family. Walkable for all downtown 3rd street Geneva shops and restaurants. Comfortable, nicely decorated. Street & driveway parking. Wonderful location, 1 block from everything 3rd St has to offer. Walking distance to the Fox River (took a beautiful stroll with our dog), restaurants, shops. Didn’t need the car, except to leave the town. Cute apartment, perfect for 2 & our dog! Very comfy bed/sleeping, and Super Clean. The outside of the building, in back, is kinda run down, though, and on the way downstairs to the apartment, not so clean-looking. This is no reflection on the apartment itself, though. No Hot Tub & Im not sure why that’s advertised. Great communication with, & accommodations from, the Host, Cita!!
