'We stayed at Kotra Haveli for 2 nights and the location of the hotel is picture perfect. Walkable to & from Jagdish Mandir and City Palace. The rooms are spacious and quite nice. 'Het hotel zeer verwaarloosd is doordat het goed te zien is dat er lange tijd geen groot onderhoud heeft plaatsgevonden. Zaken als roestvlekken in het bad, zijn professorisch weggewerkt met plamuur en de ramen erg vies. Verder is er weinig aandacht besteed aan de aankleding van het hotel en zijn linnengoed en uniformen personeel oud en versleten.
