'We absolutely loved our stay at The Shore Club. The rooms feel luxurious and updated. The property is well kept and each pool has its own unique vibe. The restaurants were among the best we ate during our whole visit. Though not on Grace Bay Beach, they offer a free shuttle service to their sister property The Sands, which is only a 15 minute walk from there. It feels like you’re on your own private beach on the Long Bay side. We will absolutely stay here again.'

'I really liked the hotel. The staff at the front desk was helpful however i never had my safe working in my room yet they told me that it would be fixed. The housekeeping was constantly bringing towels that i didn't need. At 10:30 the day of my checkout i was interrupted on a conference call from a housekeeper who was asking me if i needed towels? Then she knocked again a half hour later asking me when i was i was leaving. Really BAD This hotel needs better customer service. '

'This was our favorite hotel that we've ever stayed at! It was PERFECT but the highlights were the 30 second walk to the beach, screened in deck, washer & dryer (!!!), friendly staff, and the sweetest little cats who we fed during our stay. The central location was also perfect and in walking distance to food options, the grocery store, and various snorkel spots we visited! '

'We stayed had a great vacation at The Somerset with our kids who are 12 and 14. It is a quiet resort, the grounds are very nice, the beach is beautiful and all of the staff we great! The condo we stayed in was very spacious and cleaned daily including turn down service each night. I would highly recommend staying here.'
