Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to formally demand a full refund for my recent stay at your resort from [insert dates of stay]. My experience was marred by multiple unacceptable issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of adequate response from your staff.
On the second day of my four-day stay, brown water was coming from the bathroom sink, shower, and bathtub. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue, but I was not provided with an estimated time for resolution, an apology, or an offer to relocate to another room. This issue persisted for 24 hours, severely limiting my ability to use essential facilities and compromising the hygiene of my stay.
On the third day, a strong sewage odor permeated my room, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. I again contacted the front desk, and once more, I received no apology or estimated time for resolution. While the issue was eventually resolved later that night, the smell lingered until the morning of my final day, further diminishing my experience.
Additionally, I encountered unprofessional behavior from a member of your staff. On the third day, I inquired at the front desk about the availability of a beach attendant to assist with finding a beach chair.
