'Location wasn’t bad but the place need total renovation; need to be cleaned. Would not recommend to my worse enemy. Breakfast area didn’t look clean. The only time I allow them to clean my room ; they did give me enough towels; was out of toilet paper and didn’t get any. ; had to look for someone to get me some. Floor was left dirty. '

'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. There is a coffee machine, microwave, fridge. There is a restaurant on the premisses, and a big supermarket, post office and some...

'Clean, basic room. 5 minute walk to the beach and they have umbrellas and chairs which was convenient. Also have bikes you can borrow which we did. Balcony is nice to have and you’re right outside the main street for food. Groceries ten minute walk away '

'We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo Turks and Caicos. The property is newly opened and has a relaxed, boutique vibe. Everything felt fresh, thoughtfully considered and clean; the rooms were both comfortable and inviting. What made the experience especially memorable was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful, always ready to accommodate with ease and kindness. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is just a short four-minute walk away....

'This quaint hotel was perfect for my stay. Loved the view from 2nd floor deck of ocean. They came each day and cleaned the room and restocked water and coffee. Loved walking straight outside to find a chair on the beach. The restaurant was delicious on the site. I'm ready to book another week! '

'The space, the pool, the amenities are all amazing; however, there is an insect issue. I am waiting to see if it is in fact bedbugs but definitely something is there on the couch and in the hammock. The couch appeared dingy and I was reluctant to watch tv on it; however, I thought it would be fine based on the reviews; however, I have bites, yes 3 in a row, on my legs, shoulders, and chest in spite of wearing long sleeves. I felt itchy but I blew it off as the fabric, do not blow it off. ...

'Property was very nice and clean. It was a locked gate with security at all hours which felt very safe. Our room had no window. Staff allowed us breakfast our first day, then next day said we did not pay for it and could only have coffee. The next day, they told us we could not have any coffee. We were not given an option to pay extra for the breakfast through the expedia package (flight/stay/car). Staff hosted a personal party one day and did not allow us to use the pool or the kitchen...

'The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.'
