'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.
The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. There is a coffee machine, microwave, fridge.

I felt very comfortable sleeping each night, not only because there was 24hr security once the office closes, but the beds were soft, sheets were clean and we did not see one bug inside of our room the entire stay. 'The Sands was a lovely resort. Grace Bay is our favorite place in the world and The Sands is also conveniently located to the shopping area as well. We loved the pool facing the ocean and the restaurant on site was cute. However, I would not reserve a first floor Garden Suite again. We were disappointed in ours as the patio area was enclosed and there was no airflow. It was very hot and surrounded by foliage so felt a little claustrophobic. 'Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay.'
'Our experience was excellent the young lady was very pleasant. She let us check in early because of the hurricane.
