'We couldn’t really see beach from our room because room was on the first floor. Breakfast was just OK. Quality coffee could be much better. There are not enough tables if you’re coming around 9am and you have to wait in the line. There is no hand shower. Check out time is on 11am and there is no changing room and shower available for customers. '

'Beautiful property, very open and easy to navigate. Food is very good and same price with what we had in America nowadays. You can make a short walk from the hotel to a nice area with tons of bars and restaurants if you don't want to eat at the property. Pool/beach staff are sweet and nice. I have nothing but good things to say about the property and service. 10/10, I will come back.'

'The location of the property is great. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The furnitures in the unit are in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. '

'Great resort in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. It's located across the street from Grace Bay Beach. Resort has shuttle service for it's guest to the beach and the beach seating area is very close to the water. Daily breakfast was good. '

'I am so content with my decision to stay here. The staff were friendly always helpful and professional. The rooms and facility were always being unkept. Their swim up bar and quick access to the beach was insanely perfect. Probably turning this to my yearly visit spot to vacation. '

'I was worried about our stay having read previous travelers reviews - but my whole family loved our stay at windsong. The property was in great shape, clean and tidy. Lots of towels on the loungers well before we were up. Plenty of room for everyone to get a great seat on the beach or by the pools. The staff were very friendly and kind - shout out to Travis! 'Cute clean hotel in T&C, with each room having a balcony/patio overlooking the pool area. Dedicated Grace Bay Suites beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs are literally across th street past the shopping area then down a short path - to paradise. Don’t forget your beach towels at the front desk. It might not be a grand resort right on the beach - but it feels that way since you’re so close and the hotel is clean with nice people running it. 'I loved the poolside cottage with full kitchen. Beach and water fantastic. Restaurant dinners were too crowded and too expensive, but the lunches can be taken at the beech under comfortable umbrellas. Breakfasts great. there was construction noise during the week, and the air conditioners were too loud, but I tuned it all out for the overall great experience.'
