PROS:
• The rooms are clean, housekeeping comes through daily
• Nice linens/robes provided, we were very appreciative that they upgraded us to beach-view
• Pools are great, especially infinity pool w/amazing view!
• Complimentary breakfast is nice perk - fresh fruit, eggs to order, cereal, waffles, muffins.
• staff incredibly friendly, helpful throughout our stay.

'Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!'

'Find out what floor your room is going to be on especially when you have older adults or children. Inquire if the only restaurant is closed for certain meals due to off season, this hotel was at a good price but because there was no breakfast due to the restaurant being closed for off season, we spent a lot of money on cabs. The money could have been spent at a hotel closer to the shops and with more restaurant meal options.'

'My husband, 13 year-old, nine year-old, and I had a wonderful five night stay at Windsong on the Reef! It is an absolutely beautiful resort right on Grace Bay. We stayed in the suite that had the attached swim up pool, which was definitely worth the extra money. I had to speak with the owner about the management at the Bay bistro restaurant. The owner was very nice and he comped me $100 for dinner to make up for the rude restaurant manager.! I will stay at the hotel again. I loved it for the location of the room was literally steps to the beach. I will definitely return to this...
