'Our room overlookes the beach and had a private entrance to a pool. Staff was great, rooms were clean. The rooftop restaurant was excellent. The poolside restaurant could use some improvement but staff was super nice.'

'WBC provided a wonderful six night stay for my wife and me. The room was very spacious, and felt fresh, clean and well appointed. Staff gets an A grade for friendliness, attentiveness, and overall professionalism with extra Shoutouts to MyHanna, Robert, Abagail, Bianka, Irene and Kayoon who role modeled great service. I would like to see the pool roped off to have a section for “adults only” as the whole pool was sometimes overridden by kids. We’ll be back…make sure to have the peanut butter pie...

'I was worried about our stay having read previous travelers reviews - but my whole family loved our stay at windsong. The property was in great shape, clean and tidy. Lots of towels on the loungers well before we were up. Plenty of room for everyone to get a great seat on the beach or by the pools. The staff were very friendly and kind - shout out to Travis! 'The beach was beautiful with amazing snorkeling right off the shore. We saw so many beautiful fish and a stingray! Our bungalow was perfect, clean and spacious. We requested a roll away bed and they delivered one right away. The washer/dryer combo was a great amenity. We loved being right next to the pool which was very clean and warm for a nice night time swim. The staff were so wonderful, especially the woman at the coffee bar in the lobby and Lovely at Pelago. 'I am so content with my decision to stay here. The staff were friendly always helpful and professional. The rooms and facility were always being unkept. Their swim up bar and quick access to the beach was insanely perfect. Probably turning this to my yearly visit spot to vacation. '

'Neptune Villas was an amazing place to stay in Turks and Caicos. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the whole area feels peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Our villa had its own little pool, which was a great spot to relax after being out in the sun. The full kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook, and the extra amenities made our beach days so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a place I’d happily return to.'

'The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.'
