'Hospitality was 10/10. Mikel was amazing. The staff would come help you before you could even ask. Amenities weren’t the best. On site items were pricey. WiFi was spotty. Food and drink options limited. Beach was nice, it’s a 5 min walk without the beach shuttle service. '

'The space, the pool, the amenities are all amazing; however, there is an insect issue. I am waiting to see if it is in fact bedbugs but definitely something is there on the couch and in the hammock. The couch appeared dingy and I was reluctant to watch tv on it; however, I thought it would be fine based on the reviews; however, I have bites, yes 3 in a row, on my legs, shoulders, and chest in spite of wearing long sleeves. I felt itchy but I blew it off as the fabric, do not blow it off. ...

'This property is beautiful. The pool is crystal clear, the staff was incredibly friendly and whatever detergent they use smelled fresh and clean thought the whole unit. And the bartender DeShawn (sp?) is 5 stars! The best freshly made drinks the whole vacation. My husband won't shut up about the margarita lol. Would absolutely go back!'

'Property was very nice and clean. It was a locked gate with security at all hours which felt very safe. Our room had no window. Staff allowed us breakfast our first day, then next day said we did not pay for it and could only have coffee. The next day, they told us we could not have any coffee. We were not given an option to pay extra for the breakfast through the expedia package (flight/stay/car). Staff hosted a personal party one day and did not allow us to use the pool or the kitchen...

'Our room was on the beach with a view of the beach. We were 20 feet from the beach. Room was very clean. Meals were excellent amazingly consistent. Drinks were great. I loved the spa. Staff was helpful and friendly.'

'The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.'

'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. 'Tne environment was extremely quiet, except for a few barking dogs, who were silent at night. The drawback of this tranquility is of course that there is nothing in the neighbourhood. The nearest supermarket (KG Foods) is more than 15 minures walking and so is the nearest (indian) restaurant Communication with the place was somewhat difficult; I expected a self-check-in, which I hate, but fortunately there was a friendly lady to see me. 'One of the only hotels with a wide beach. The staff was definitely friendly. Breakfast was good maybe a bit more variety but can't complain bc it was free! The food was one of the best on the island. The only thing I would recommend would be more information of things to do on the island. '

'The property was pretty run down. The mattress was absolutely horrible, there were 8 inch gaps between the bed frame and the mattress would sink into those gaps. We left 4 nights into our stay to find another hotel because of this. What a waste of money '
