'The property itself is great. Clean and quiet. I stay here quite a bit but after today I will be staying at a different location due to one staff member Jeff the manager. He is rude and lacks customer service. Previously during a stay we had an issue with the reservation dates and he refused to help resolve it. So,my family and I had to sit in the lobby for over an hour while a front desk worker tried their best to resolve the issue. And now today, this same manager Jeff, was extremely rude when...
