'This was our first Air B&B experience and it exceeded our expectations! The unit was close to local amenities and activities. A suggestion would be a sound bar on the TV in the main room to redirect the sound towards the room the main as opposed to the adjacent room - goes right through the walls! Might also check the remote in main bedroom - it was inoperatable. Last thing. Perhaps some outside chairs to enjoy the Oregon air! These are just small things and didn't affect our overall ratiing in...

'I did have trouble with my code not working to get into cottage. The manger was very helpful and reset it for me.(This was at 10p). Very nice place. The bed was comfortable but placed in a space just big enough for the bed so hard to make and get in and out of. The microwave was too high for me to reach. Very private and quiet place and would stay there again.'

'Nice layout, worked well for our needs. Beautiful view out the front door. This is a pet friendly location. Keep this in mind if you have allergies. The only drawback I had with it was the amount of animal hair hiding in places. I don’t hold this against them because as I said I knew it was pet friendly. Owner was very friendly and a great host! Would stay again!'

'We had a great stay while visiting family in Medford. We wanted a place on the river. This was perfect. Plenty of kitchen space to cook, it was very clean, easy to find and was very comfortable. Smart TV a plus, good wifi. Overall we enjoyed out stay and will book again!'

The King bed was very comfortable, and the window seat overlooking the river was our favorite place to read and watch the wildlife along the river. The kitchen served our needs well. 'This is really a lovely home very nicely decorated, located right next to the Rogue river. Your dog will absolutely love this place as it has a fenced in area that is great for exercise and wonderful for lounging around. We really like going out on the deck and enjoying the river. The hosts are so super easy to work with and very responsive. I wouldn’t think twice about renting this unit again. Great job!'
