This is our latest unit and includes all new furnishings and accessories. This charming unit features contactless entry (keypad), exterior security cameras, a fully-stocked (appliances) kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a newly renovated bathroom. The buildings parking availability will accommodate 1 vehicle with street parking and a larger parking lot across the street for more cars, and larger vehicles or trailers.

No cats allowed.

Thanksgiving Saved

We recently sold our home in Rogue River and moved to the coast. We wanted to find a place close to our old home to host our family for Thanksgiving. The Executive Suite saved our holiday. It is incredibly spacious and comfortable. The large serving and dining area are just exactly what we needed. This is our new home away from home.

Just a great space!!

Spent the week visiting with my daughter, son in law and grandchildren who live in Rogue River. This spot is such a great space to spend family time, wide open floor plan, close to local attractions, family dinners and special memories were made! I highly recommend this spot to anyone staying local!

Fantastic property

The spaciousness of the apartment surprised us in the positive sense. We were very comfortable as a family with 4 small children. We did need to call the property manager for the front door lock, apparently our code was not set right on the door, but that was resolved on the spot

VRBO screw up

Enjoyed stay even though we did not get apartment chosen. Wendy did her best to accommodate us but VRBO booking system double booked us. Spent 25 minutes on hold with VRBO. We ended up spending a night at hotel because of screw up. Really would have rather stayed at apartment we booked. Black Pearl was very nice but it is very hard to say that i would use VRBO again. This should be NO reflection on property owner. She provided very nice facility.

Clean space in a small town getaway

This specific place was doubled booked, so 1 day in advance of our stay we were told the "executive suite" was no longer available we could stay in the "black pearl" unit (next to this listing). The Black Pearl slept 6, not 8, but worked for our family. It was very clean and had everything we were looking for (Full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.). There's off-the-street parking and the location was great to do various day trips around the area (i.e. Crater Lake). I would recommend this listing to others, but hope the double booking between ABnB and VRBO get resolved.

Place is nice, owner is incredibly unprofessional!

Our unit was double booked, but we didn’t know until 3:15pm on our arrival date. We were given an alternate accommodation (20min away), and without any other options presented, we followed along. However this was the owners home that she lived in, we did not feel comfortable at all in someone elses home amongst their things (even dirty dishes). So we kindly asked for a refund after our stay due to the extreme inconvenience of relocating and disruption to our entire trip. The owner handled our refund request in the rudest most unprofessional manner Ive ever experienced. She asked for a phone call, where she callled me horrible names, insisted this was not her fault, all VRBO and that I should be grateful she gave her home as the alternate accommodation and how put out she was, and this is my fault. Never should this be put on the guest. As the owner, the issues with VRBO are not on the guest. I’m just truly appalled at the way I was spoke to, by a business owner to a customer. A simple decline of my refund request would have been professional. But the out of line & rude phone call, completely unacceptable. So beware when booking, your unit may not actually be available, as we were told the double booking issue is all on VRBO and has happened a few times before. Although it’s a beautiful place, the owner is not someone I would ever recommend doing business with.

First VRBO stay

We loved how roomy, attractive, and well maintained the property was. We eat a specialized diet and were able to cook all but one of our meals in our 4 days stay. Also because we previously lived in the area it mad a wonderful place to have friends over.
