Prima hotel op zeer goede plek in Surabaya
Hotel met een warme uitstraling, vooral heel hulpvaardig personeel (Jericho bij de receptie en zijn assistentes). Probeerde je met alles zoveel mogelijk te helpen. Kamers waren groot en schoon, een beetje een koloniale sfeer.

Grotendeels gerenoveerd met instandhouding van de originele eigen setting van lang geleden, maar wel voorzien van modern gemak. Majaphit blijft een speciaal en bijzonder hotel met prettige service.

The whole experience and how kind the staff was. If we needed something, they took care of it right away. There is a nice pool and a gym. The spa is also a recommendation.

Schitterend hotel, kamers hebben zit- slaap- en badkamer, alle kamers grenzen aan prachtige tropischer binnentuinen. De sfeer van een chique resort midden in druk Soerabaya. Upscale shopping mall aan de overkant van de straat. Zeer elegante en behulpzame staf, je voelt je hun persoonlijke gast.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff is very nice and rooms are very spacious. Pool is nice, but the bar wasn't open. But I think if you ask, someone will bring you a drink from inside. Bed was also very comfortabele. I must loved the gardens inside the hotel and the rooms were also in colonial style, just like the whole building. I was upgraded, still thankful for that to the Suite (Heritage) room, which had a nice porch. Breakfast was also good, with a lot to choose from. Hot or cold dish. And restaurant with many options (Indonesian or western) is just at the side of the building. On the other side of the road is a big mall, if you want to shop for a few hours.

Prachtig karakteristiek hotel met historische context. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Fijn ontbijt en dito restaurant. Live muziek in de bar iets wat luid. Alleen jammer dat er in een 5*-hotel geen andere plek is om je om te kleden na te zijn uitgecheckt dan het toilet.

Hotel met geschiedenis
Fraai gerestaureerd hotel. Mooie, ruime kamer met grote badkamer met douche, apart toilet en ligbad. Wel een beetje een doolhof, in het begin was het moeilijk de kortste weg naar de kamer te vinden. De bar serveert alcohol maar is niet rookvrij, en stinkt dus naar rook. De lobby is de betere plek voor een drankje. Helaas vreselijke achtergrond muziek, het leek wel Chinese Opera. Restaurant is goed. Het zwembad was gesloten vanwege een privé partijtje. Niet leuk als je dat wordt medegedeeld via een briefje onder de kamer deur, een paar uur van te voren. Dergelijke zaken kunnen beter direct bij inchecken medegedeeld worden dan kun je je plannen erop afstemmen.

zoek niet verder, boek het Majapahit!
Schitterend, historisch hotel in een prachtig pand met meerdere tuinen. heel groot zwembad, geweldige faciliteiten, super ontbijt en zeer vriendelijke en professionele staff. Een hotel om naar terug te keren en dat doen we zelfs deze vakantie nog een keer!

Hotel Majapahit is een historisch monumentaal hotel, speciaal voor Nederlanders met interesse voor geschiedenis. De staf is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam echter het hotelmanagement zal plannen moeten ontwikkelen om het comfort- en service niveau aan te passen om de concurrentieslag met de nieuw gebouwde hotels (internationale hotel ketens) aan te kunnen.

The hotel is very close to a upscale shopping mall in Surabaya. You can all kinds of luxury goods and food in the mall. It also has awesome colonial architecture and lighting at night. I had problem with the mosquitoes which are everywhere and in the room, so bring some repellent if you attract mosquitoes.

Gréât place to stay
A famously historical hotel with great facilities. The staff is terrific:friendly, informative, professional and happy. The hotel is as neat as a pin and grandiose. The gardens and pool are well kept. Indigo restaurant which is attached offers lovely food and make a mean cup of coffee. Close to other historical buildings.

A stunning room onto pool. Room more the size of a house then hotel room. Old world, gardens etc as good as old gets. In thousand or so hotel stays this could be the best.

Dear Mr. Brian First of all We would like to asking your apologize regarding about credit card deposit and late responses Because we need to trace the transaction to our Front Office team and Accounting team about it. You made a deposit with Credit Card IDR.500,000 while you check in on 30 April 2022 , and we found that you have a bill consume at our restaurant on 30 April evening in the amount of IDR.121,000 , while you check out our colleague do Offline (we make a payment by deducting amount from your deposit) So your deposit IDR.500,000 – IDR.121.000 = so you still have balance IDR.379,000 (that should be already return to your account ) We already attached the slip of payment also copy of your invoice of restaurant bill to be your references. we have also send the same information to your private email address on 27 of May and haven't received any feedback from you yet to this day. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
