'The place was clean, communication with the owner was great and it was in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the owner provided so many things for us that we didn’t have to worry about: trash bags, soap, paper towels, aloe, dishwasher pacs, beach towels, beach chairs, sheets, towels, and etc. We would definitely recommend this place to others!'

'The condo was exactly as pictured. The views from the condo were scenic and the fountains in the pond lit up at night. Rooms were spacious, neighbood was quiet and condo was very clean. Paul was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Conveniently located between Naples and Marco Island.'

'You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location than this and the accommodations were perfect for us. It is on the busy main north-south thoroughfare, but everything quieted right down at about 10 PM. Beaches, restaurants, shopping, historical museum, boat park for shelling tour were all within a very short drive or walkable distance, with a good restaurant/bar right next door. We’d definitely stay here again.'

'We had a great vacation! The house was perfect for our family of four. We stayed mid-March and were able to use the pool everyday, because it gets the afternoon sun. We saw dolphins and plenty of waterfowl right off the dock. About a 10 minute drive to stores, restaurants, and public beach access. We would definitely consider staying here again!'

'I can not say enough of this place my husband and I travel a lot! This was the best. The place had everything you need from kitchen you needed for nothing ! Bed was so comfortable so clean ! Towels for beach washer an dryer the screen in deck was great having morning coffee and afternoon wine with a great view! The Decore was beautiful! I could say nothing negative about our stay! We will def be back'

'We absolutely loved everything about our stay on Marco Island and at Riverside Club A204! The condo was beautiful, clean, and directly overlooking the water. We watched dolphins and gulls over coffee in the morning from the comfortable seating of our brand new screened- in lanai. The pools and hot tubs, and entire grounds, were beautiful.
