'Beautiful place, right on the water, plenty of room to park the boat 🚤 trailer! We totally enjoy our stay!'

'Our second stay over Memorial Weekend. Always has what we need and owners at other units friendly. The bedroom door gets a little stuck at the bottom. This unit has been our go to on Lake LBJ and we will be back, hopefully before summer is over! Tropical Hideaway is the best place to stay on the lake!'

'The location of the "resort" is convenient being by the confluence of the Colorado and the Llano portions of the rivers, and that was nice for boating. However...the apartment is totally run down. One of the showers didn't work, leaky faucets, window unit AC units, old furniture, kitchen was minimally stocked. The staff were kind as could be and super helpful. Some updating could make this place nice. The beds were comfortable.'

'When we first walked in to the condo, it reeked of cigarettes. The return air vent, above the refrigerator, was absolutely filthy! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years! The condo said it would sleep 5, which is how many we had, with the 3rd bed being the couch. There were no linens, blankets, anything for the couch. Fortunately, we brought a couple of blankets. The “resort”itself was lacking. There was no water trampoline, as advertised. We attempted to go by the office twice, and both...

'I'm conflicted on this review - the property was clean and with lots of sundries and supplies, beds were great, firepiit nice, no complaints, overall very good. However, with the lake withdrawn for years around a half mile from the house, this was not even close to waterfront pic they proudly show on the site. Yes, there was a clear disclaimer in the text, so no bait and switch, but leaving the photo up today with the lake down for years, then placing the disclaimer in to avoid liability, well...

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house was very clean and stocked with everything I needed. I got away by myself after losing my husband. Not once was I worried about being on my own there. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.'
