'We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and quiet. The only issue I have is the listing said it sleeps four. In reality it only sleeps 2-3 adults. Two kids could probably fit on the futon as it is about the size of a twin bed. Other than that our stay was great and we had a lot of fun at the Bluebonnet Festival.'

'My husband and I had a great stay in the Adelyn Suite at Mustard Seed B&B. The property location could not be better! It’s close to the river, city park, and downtown with a coffee shop, restaurants, distillery, local beer and fun shops. We walked everywhere. While close to everything, the property was quiet and serene. The suite was spotless with nice linens, a comfortable bed, and well-equipped kitchenette. Coffee, tea, pastries, cereal, milk and juice provided. Perfect for a couple! So many...

'Close to downtown yet far enough to feel peace and quiet. Jimmy was a great host came over to meet and greet us! Hidden falls not far from cabin. Overall the property was all that we expected and more! '

'Cute house with lots of modern amenities and very cool decor. Be sure to go to the end of the street to catch the sunset over the lake. Step outside at night and enjoy lots of stars. Very quiet neighborhood. There was a mix up with the cleaning crew so the house was not clean when we arrived. Once they were done it was great. There is a large window in the back that does not have blinds which takes away from your privacy. If you have pets there is a cute set up for them but the backyard is not...

'We had a lovely, relaxing time. The house was well stocked with everything needed, switches and cabinets were nicely labeled, and coffee was provided which was a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to my questions, and kindly accommodated my late checkout request. The home is at the back of a cove, great for sticking our feet in, but the park with open swimming was only 5 minues away. Lots of deer, and it was fun to watch them play. Our family had a nice time.'

'I'm conflicted on this review - the property was clean and with lots of sundries and supplies, beds were great, firepiit nice, no complaints, overall very good. However, with the lake withdrawn for years around a half mile from the house, this was not even close to waterfront pic they proudly show on the site. Yes, there was a clear disclaimer in the text, so no bait and switch, but leaving the photo up today with the lake down for years, then placing the disclaimer in to avoid liability, well...

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house was very clean and stocked with everything I needed. I got away by myself after losing my husband. Not once was I worried about being on my own there. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.'
