'We had a great stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for hiking, dining and relaxing!'

'Excellent hotel! We were here for club sports event and I am pretty sure it was sold out. However, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, it was very clean, and it was the perfect place to relax. Tge kids had plenty to do between playing in the bay, volleyball, playing in the sand, and numerous places to eat within walking distance. The room was very modern, spacious, has a kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return myself...

'Hotel and room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great too. Only thing is the balcony area could have been a little cleaner, in their defense it is the beginning of the summer season but their were lots of dead bugs and cobwebs. '

'Very modern, clean, and the staff did appear to pay attention to detail, which isn’t something you often plan to rate for lodging, but I did want to throw that in. Check-in process was very quick, and Champagne was offered during this time. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the entrance. The heated outdoor pool was a huge hit for my daughter. Especially since there are very few places you can swim outside at during the winter in Northern Michigan. Our room was clean, and our view...

'Upon arrival, and AFTER check-in, we were informed that that the ski facilities and onsite restaurant would be closed during our stay. Despite efforts by Hotels.com to assist, we were unable to receive any refund...even after only staying one of the two nights. Long story short, when booking with this resort, make sure that amenities (such as dining) and that facilities (such as skiing) will be available.'
