'We were so please with this home! The pool and pool area was amazing, with great privacy and tropical foliage all around. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The home had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living area. The location was perfect, central to the beaches and activities of Venice & Englewood. We would deffinetley stay there again if visiting Venice!'

'I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips.'

'My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed here to attend my niece's high school graduation. After a very long, very trying flight in, the comfy beds were such a welcome sight. 'This place was sufficient enough. It was clean and had most things you might need. We had a few issues but nothing that would prompt us to complain. We were unable to figure out how to get the jets working on the jacuzzi. Some of the light bulbs in the house were burned out. And the pans were not non-stick. One of the beds was really worn and sagging. The place definitely needs an upgrade. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced, basic place to stay, this will do the trick.'

'This rental was very dreamy. It was clean, affordable, easy to talk to the landlord, and had many ammenities. They had some beach equiptment for when we went to the beach as well as beach towels. The neighborhood was great and we felt like we could come and go as needed. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!'

'The house is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. It is perfect for 5 to 6 adults, Michelle the property manager is knowledgeable about the area. 'The condo was in the perfect location..2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks to downtown Venice. The condo was in a quiet location and we were able to walk everywhere. 'Great location only two blocks from Venice Beach and a 10 minute walk to all the eateries, bars and shops on Venice Avenue in the old downtown of Venice. Space is comfortable with lots of amenities. Bikes, beach gear and BBQ grill provided is a nice touch which we made good use of. Host is very responsive to any questions or requests.'
