'Our second stay at Baxter's Hideaway was just as wonderful as the first. Albert is very responsive. The property very clean and well-equipped. The proximity to the bike trail is great. With beautiful weather we meandered along Church Street Marketplace in Burlington each night (highly recommend!). If you want to eat dinner in Burlington we recommend making reservations well in advance. We will definitely return again next fall!'

'This was the second time we stayed at this cozy cottage on Mallets Bay. We love the location, close to Burlington, and the view from the cottage is gorgeous! Beverly and Gordon are friendly hosts and responded right away to any questions we had. We will most certainly be back again!'

'The cottage was just what we wanted for a ski week. Location = private and remote on a steep dirt road, yet 20 min to Sugarbush, 30 min to Bolton, and <15 min to both Waterbury and Waitsfield centers. House = ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids - 3 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and 2 nice baths. Cozy living area, surprisingly great light for an old farmhouse, warm and efficient gas stove, and all the kitchen supplies you'll need - plus washer and dryer. 'We had a great stay with our pup for a late ski season weekend! The house was clean, well-stocked, and very cozy. The location was beautiful and perfectly situated a few minutes away from everything you could want to do in Manchester. We will definitely be back!'

'Lakeside location was amazing! The deck is nice place to enjoy some coffee or a drink. The house is stocked with lots of fun activities like books/dvds/games. Overall great place for a cozy getaway! The space is on the smaller side so good for two people or three at most.'
