'Overall, this is a great spot. You get charged a daily fee to use the facilities, but if you use them, money well spent. Two issues which must be addressed; 1. there is no luggage rack in the property (minor issue I know but for me the first time this has happened to me) and 2. The cleaning crew had not changed the A/C filter in quite some time and it was obvious. The luggage rack is not on the maintenance people so this message is for the owner. 'The unit was very nice - well maintained and very comfortable. A few issues with traffic - but it was spring break - so that's expected. Only issue we had was the "whistle". It was very windy 3 of our 4 nights, and there was a very pronounced whistle throughout the unit - enough to wake you up at night when the wind gusted. Not sure if it's around the door seals, or up between the ceiling and the roof. But when you open the door it goes away - so could be the door - or opening the door...

'The property was as described and as in the photos. Everything worked out great. Check in was a breeze. Gated compound is excellent. The condo is at the end of the peninsula, right across the street from Peg Leg Petes. Its located on the 4th floor and had a little balcony to sit at facing the beach.
