'Hello my name is Sara Freire, The hotel check-in was terrible; we had to wait an hour and a half because the room wasn't ready at the scheduled check-in time. The toilet was broken, and they never brought the sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. Plus, the service at the front desk was really bad.'

'The rooms were clean, and the location was excellent—right on the beach! Our oceanfront room was amazing. We loved the balcony, and the beach and ocean views were absolutely beautiful. The area is very busy, but there are plenty of restaurants and food options within walking distance, along with lots of gift shops. You can also rent bikes to ride along the beach, which was a lot of fun. There were even fireworks on some nights, which was a nice bonus. There’s a Walgreens nearby if you need...
