'First of all, I booked this hotel of the their good reviews about cleanliness, and it didnt disappoint. The lobby, the room, the bathroom, the hallway carpet are clean and doesnt smell musty or old. The breakfast was good. They have 3 waffle makers which saves you from waiting in line. I love the location which is more family friendly. Its not noisy and over crowded. They have a laundry room which is very helpful if your are staying longer. We will be back for sure in this property.'

'Price quality of location and condition'

'This is a nice, obviously older, and a bit out dated property. There is no breakfast or lots of amenities. Having said that, all rooms are ocean facing, it is right in the boardwalk, it’s clean, and the staff are helpful. The cost is reflective of all this, so if you are there to be close to the beach, in walking distance of decent restaurants, and to spend your money on the sights and restaurants, not a super fancy motel- this is the place for you. 'This was great stay. Staff was friendly. Rooms were great. It had that great hilton feel that you expect. Very upscale. We will definitely be back. One of the best hilton hotels i ever stayed at.'
