'Our stay at Hyatt Place, Virginia Beach, was pleasant for the most part. The room was smaller than expected for a king size bed being so close to the wall on one side, with less than about 8 inches. However the bed was very comfortable, we rested well. There was no closet as we are accustomed to but rather a kind of cabinet closet and quite small. 'Breakfast was okay, restaurant staffs were friendly and attentive; Bartender was good. Parking was offsite; Front desk employees were unprofessional when answering the phone or when guests were standing in front of them; Dialed intercom to front destk and the phone rang several times but nobody answered it (tried 3 times) and had to use my cell to call their general phone number.
