'This place was nice and roomy for our family of 8 plus 3 littles kiddos. Pretty clean as well. I gave listing accuracy a 5 because it is accurate but that may be because it doesn't tell you much. We were a little short on towels, many light bulbs were burnt out or just missing. We replaced some (they were there) and moved others to balance out the light. No kitchen linens, short on bath towels, short on paper towels and definitely not enough TP. 3 partial rolls and 1 bathroom had none so we had...

'The house was great. Super comfortable and the backyard is wonderful with a gas fireplace, a fire pit, a hot tub, a pool, and an outdoor grill setup. There were 7 of us any it was very comfortable. Dave was great and very prompt and helpful if we needed anything. Would definitely come back.'

'Great pet friendly property in Amagansett! Best feature of the the house has to be the backyard. Large deck around swimming pool, with built-in grill, pergola. The property is completely gated (included a gated entrance) and in a very quite neighborhood. Easy access to shopping and restaurants in Amagansett and short drive to Montauk. 'We were so very happy with this lovely home that we rented for a week. This lovely home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. The two bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom and two bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom made it very convenient. Our family loved the screened-in patio, the large fenced yard with lights along the stoned path to a fire pit. This home is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood close to the beach.'

'We've found that fall is a great time to visit the North Fork and the property was the perfect place for relaxing. Even when the weather was bad, we had the indoor fireplace to add ambiance and then the outdoor firepit when the weather cleared up. The views are fantastic and so nice to sit outside and relax at night. Had a couple of quick questions come up but got responses very quickly and it didn't interrupt the trip. We had a great time.'

'Had a wonderful stay. One bedroom condo was clean and comfortable.At first arrival there was a slight musty smell, but your at the beach so that should be expected. Turned a/c on and it went away. Tiny kitchen but had all necessary items, dishes, pots & pans and utensils Only downside was the staircase to bedroom, & bathroom. A bit steep and narrow. The best part is the Beach Program. Received a text the night before to set up chairs and umbrellas at the beach for you the next day '

"Mooie club die momenteel gerenoveerd wordt. Alles is er wel op gericht om zoveel mogelijk in rekening te brengen. Prijzen zijn hoog. Ook wordt er nu verbouwd wat geluid overlast geeft bij het ontbijt "
