'When my son asked me why I had chosen Palm Desert for a stay, I told him, "I long to see the night sky away from the city lights" This location did not disappoint. With a houseful of teens who have school and part time jobs, we needed to have a few days of Nothing to do, and Nowhere to go. The long weekend was great!'

Made time for a hike in Palomar State Park and toured the Palomar observatory, both are about a 10 minute drive from the cabin. 'Words can’t express how much we enjoyed staying at Villa de la Vine. The view from the property and some of the rooms was spectacular. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels to accommodate the whole family. Our bride enjoyed the use of the master suite sitting room to prepare for her wedding.
