'After a bad experience with another local hotel, we changed to the Ambassador and were thrilled on all levels. Upon arrival, the staff were so welcoming and made our transition to their hotel seamless! The room was great…light-filled, roomy, clean, and most comfy. We can’t say enough good things about this property!'

'The hotel is set just off the river and centrally located. I travelled here with my 3 young sons (and no husband) and immediately felt safe once we parked in the attached secure parking garage. The hotel is exceptionally clean, which was impressive considering its size. The hotel bar and restaurant were accommodating and delicious! The Starbucks bar was comforting and the snacks were just what we needed! The pool was a bit loud (but kids will be kids) and when it was empty, it was serene. I...

'Have stayed here many times, mainly for convenience. The staff is always pleasant and helpful if there's any issue with the room. The rooms are outdated, and still have a smoke smell even though it's been smoke free for several years. Most rooms I have been in have stained carpet. Everything in the room is functional though. I always leave before breakfast, but can get a "sacked breakfast" if I ask for it when I check in. Nothing special, but better than nothing when you don't have time to stop...

'The stay was great didnt get bothers was quiet laid bavk comfy nonworries the cleansing need more work and training but overall great service and stay prices are too high for booking stay that multiple days or those permanently stay there. Need give better discounts and check out times and dates'
