'After a bad experience with another local hotel, we changed to the Ambassador and were thrilled on all levels. Upon arrival, the staff were so welcoming and made our transition to their hotel seamless! The room was great…light-filled, roomy, clean, and most comfy. We can’t say enough good things about this property!'

'Very convenient being able to leave car on property while traveling!'

'The staff were amazing. Wish we had been on the side of the hotel with the courtyard. Street facing side was noisy. We always enjoy staying here because of the river walk and the close location to music theatre.'

'It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby.
