'Had the best 5 weeks staying at Tamer’s unit in weho. Unit is exactly as described. As a solo female traveler I also felt super safe in the building (front desk converge/security was such a bonus). Tamer is an excellent host. Will definitely be booking again'

'Overall, it was a good stay. Communication with owner was good and she was quick to reply to all questions and concerns throughout the stay. The size of the place and amenities were perfect for what we needed. However, cleanliness could be greatly improved. The yellow couch in the living room was very stained and there was debris all over the floor throughout the apartment, which made the stay feel uninviting and slightly uncomfortable. I ended up bringing in a blanket from my car to place over...

'I will start with the positive information. The location was good--walking distance to Melrose Street and Santa Monica Avenue. There was a place for parking, although it was a tight squeeze and I would suggest having a smaller car. The kitchen was fine, with relatively new appliances. The shower was great--nice and strong. The bed was comfortable and clean. When we arrived and walked in, it was warm and humid. The stench of cat was awful. There was only an air conditioner in the living room...

'The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

'Very unique home with unbeatable views. Fast communication with smooth check in and out. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Loved the location.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The beds are very comfortable and so is the sofa. The space is very beautiful and the location is amazing! The kitchen has just about everything you need. The coffee pot is small, if you have a lot of coffee drinkers like we did plan on making several pots. There is parking for 2 or 3 cars which is wonderful in this neighborhood. We didn't do any laundry, but there is a new washer & dryer. All the appliances are great. Seems like they are still...
