'This "LUXURY" Group is out to scam people by booking with multiple groups and then cancelling your stay last minute. We were on the plane to LA when we got a notification that our booking had been cancelled. We had given our CC info through VRBO, had written confirmation of our booking and also verbal confirmation the day before. We had to last minute find new accommodations for a group of 10 in a city that was almost fully booked. It was insane. They have also not refunded us for our stay....

Due to a municipal power outage, we required alternate lodging for the first night. The property manager was able to arrange excellent accommodations for us, but not until it was already dark.
