'Always a nice place to stay. Close and convenient to shopping and restaurants, yet quiet. Wish the pillows were a bit firmer. Otherwise, great place and will definitely be back when in Martinsburg again!'

'Wij hadden wat problemen met het inchecken - kamer was nooit geboekt via Expedia - en daardoor moest ik vanuit de VS met NL bellen. Expedia NL wilde mij niet van dienst zijn en zij verbonden mij door met het US office. Ik hoefde alleen mijn telefoon maar aan de receptioniste te geven en voila, alles was in no-time geregeld. Zou wel graag willen weten waar de fout nou gelegen heeft. '

'We liked the casino and the rooms were ok. We didn't care for the food at the Lakeside Grill. The atmosphere, waitstaff and drinks were good but the food was awful.'

'Still a nice stay in Frederick. Pool is currently under construction currently. Of disappointment was the bistro being closed on a Saturday evening. The employee working the shift called out. Night manager was very accommodating and welcoming! '

'I expected a rough but genuine attempt at a Bavarian style getaway for our wedding anniversary, but was impressed to find it very much exceeded expectations. Our waiter for dinner(Robert) was amazing and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be returning! '

'Prima hotel in Hagerstown. Vriendelijk personeel en een goed restaurant als buur. Prima verblijf voor een korte periode.'

'The only thing I could negatively critique is the carpets as we’re a bit elderly with slight musty odor. Almost like there had been smokers in the room at some earlier time. The bathroom fan was quite noisy. It needs replacing too. But otherwise,the bed was comfortable, tv worked ,bathroom was clean with everything necessary and the room was quiet. The location was convenient.'
