'We liked the casino and the rooms were ok. We didn't care for the food at the Lakeside Grill. The atmosphere, waitstaff and drinks were good but the food was awful.'

'When I discovered a long black piece of hair in the sink (which is located in the room and not the bathroom), I was not too alarmed. When I looked down, there was clumps of black human hair around the floor of the sink. I obtained rubber gloves and disinfecting wipes to clean the "entire" sink area, bathroom, and a host of other items in the room (including desk, fridge, microwave, dresser, and more). The breakfast was fair (make your own waffle, mushy muffins, only fruit - old apples). This...

'The only thing I could negatively critique is the carpets as we’re a bit elderly with slight musty odor. Almost like there had been smokers in the room at some earlier time. The bathroom fan was quite noisy. It needs replacing too. But otherwise,the bed was comfortable, tv worked ,bathroom was clean with everything necessary and the room was quiet. The location was convenient.'

'De dame aan de incheckbalie was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden veel eerder inchecken zodat we naar een wedstrijd van onze dochter zonder koffers konden gaan. Het hotel rook vies en het ontbijt zag er niet aantrekkelijk uit. Daarnaast was te eetruimte veel te klein voor zoveel kamers!'
