'The property was nice and clean. The pool area is beautiful. The issue is what kind of other tenants are staying. The tenants above us must’ve been up 24 hours a day wearing concrete shoes constantly stomping. When they were not stomping they consumed herbs ..like a lot. Day, night, by the pool. Constantly . I could’ve called the cops but I assumed they wouldn’t do anything because anywhere I went in riviera beach ppl consumed this herb like cigarettes. Seas the day is nice. The ppl around? ...
