It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return...

'Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!'

'Our family came up and stayed here for my sons graduation from URI. It was perfect for what we needed. There was six of us and we had plenty of room. The couches and beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Really good location to the school and also very close to nice beaches which we had time to check out while we were there'

'I always enjoy my stay here with my dog. This is truly one of the best hosts here and one of the best properties along with their other ones. It’s a great neighborhood and area right by the beach. The house is delightful every time I stay there there is something new they are always updating and making sure it is immaculately cleaned. Comfortable and well-maintained.
