'Everything was fantastic '

'The location was excellent but as we arrived and walked into the back yard we were unimpressed with the overall state of it. There was rubbish left out and rusty parts of the yard left on the table. Parts of the kitchen were also in the yard. We walked into a reasonably clean kitchen and living space but cupboards were dirty, there was someone’s washing in the washing machine and the fridge shelf was broken. We had to mop and hoover the whole place when we saw the state of our 11month old...

'Had a 2 night stay with family and 2 dogs. Great house, just right size and very well stocked. Location is perfect for visiting Whitby and Robin Hoods bay.'

Living in a terraced house on an estate it was so amazing to stay here with such beautiful surroundings. To look out of the window and see deer, rabbits, pheasants and the horses in the field at the back. The cottage is clean and comfortable and fully equipped.'

'Loved it, gorgeous furnishings very well equipped Annex was ideal, great showers, shaving mirrors needed in bathrooms on upper floor was mentioned. Grounds were idyllic, we could not fault it.'
