'The house was very clean and spacious. The rooftop area was awesome. A grocery store on the corner - very nearby. The owner was exceptional and very responsive to questions and quickly resolved a few issues we experienced. We would definitely stay there again!'

'We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10'

'We are ballpark chasers and we visited Philadelphia to see a Phillies game. Jennifer was a wonderful host and checked on us before, during and after our trip. Her beautifully renovated, decorated and clean home is a quick drive to the ballpark and a convenient walk to Independence Hall and other historical sites. 'Hosted a bachelor party at the property. Beds galore! Clean, spacious and a short Uber to the bars in center city. Would recommend all day!'

'This is a beautiful big home with a lot of great amenities. Four full bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms is a luxury, especially for the price. We enjoyed the patio and the big dining room table, and the parking pass was a huge bonus. We walked comfortably from the house to the center of town, but it’s a little farther to some of the sights than we expected. However, Uber was easy to use and I would happily stay here again. Gladys was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating.'

'We wanted a place in a city neighborhood so we could park the car and use public transportation or walk to our sightseeing destinations. The property was excellent. Location nice. Unit cleaned and well managed . We lucked into a convenient parking spot and left the car for three days. Walked to the neighborhood markets and bars and walked to the conveniently located subway station.'

'Nice 3 story home. It would be a good ides to let visitors know where to park. Breaker flipped once when we used the wall electric heater, and the dishes were put back into the cabinet dirty (could have been done by the previous visitors). Other then that, we enjoyed our stay.'

'I was in town for Wrestlemania 40. Location was great. Short 10-15 min ride to Philly. Supermarket and basic amenities were located within walking distance of the place. It serviced me well.'

'Girls trip to Philly was made even more special by staying at this property. Central location, great neighborhood. It was cold so we took Lyft or Uber most of the time, however in warmer, less rainy weather could have easily walked to restaurants and bars. Checking in and out was easy and Kevin was quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.'

'I liked that it was more like an apartment than a hotel room. It was a well-kept old building, very quaint. The employees were extremely nice! It’s on a very loud street. The pre-check-in was unusual - a background check requesting photos of a driver’s license and a selfie as part of a background check seemed too much. I did not want to provide a photo of my ID and a selfie online. Overall, a very nice place and I enjoyed my stay'
