'I think the communication with this property and Sam was really really good! They gave us all the information we needed in clear and concise instructions. We were able to access the property with no problem and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near a lot of things so getting to grocery stores to fill the refrigerator and sightseeing Etc was a breeze. Few minor things like the dish soap was relatively watery so it was hard to wash dishes or you had to use more in order to wash dishes....

'This place was absolutely amazing! It’s huge. 4 floors (could be an issue for someone with mobility issues) and can sleep 14! It also has 4 bathrooms- 3 with showers. It was amazing for our family vacation everyone had space, their own bed, and almost their own bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked and they had complimentary items to use! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!'

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'

'Geweldige locatie, we hadden beschikking over 2 parkeerplaatsen in een parkeergarage. Elke kamer had zijn eigen badkamer. Ondanks dat de locatie op 100m afstand lag van de Hollywood Blvd. was het toch opvallend rustig in het appartement. Minpunt was dat opvallend veel lampen stuk waren in de kamer. Maar verder geen last gehad hiervan.'

'Check in is difficult and not convenient. Read all details before booking! When you can get in, additional charges to park etc. apt is clean, very small for a “junior penthouse”. Checked out early and had a difficult time getting key back to over-see er. You can’t exit the flor without the key and leaving the key in the apt strands you on the floor... '

'VERY NOISY - the property isn't advertised as being across the street and above an outdoor nightclub, but it is. On the first night we returned home exhausted to hear and feel the room vibrate from the club booming away across the street. It continued on throughout the night till 4am and then re-started for the cleaning up at 8am. The place is let by Pelican Residences (who aren't supposed to sub-let through Airbnb, we were asked not to enter through reception to avoid awkward questions). ...

You have a parking garage entrance only on one side and garage spans under both buildings and street that separates the buildings. Our room was in the other building were the entrance to the garage was and although helpful garage attendant tried to assist... it took an hour to figure out where the apartment, parking garage entrance and...
