'The property is a great location. The waterfall is beautiful to be able to see. Unfortunately, our room had a device on the wall that a white light flashed from it every 3 seconds all night. We had a hard time sleeping. I told the girl what happened when I checked out, and she said she would tell the person in maintenance. I thought we should have had some compensation. '

'Absolutely wonderful, friendly, kind, courteous and prompt responses from staff- can’t rate them all highly enough. This is from the front desk, the valets who helped us off load even though we were doing self-Parking, to the cleaning folks - all just wonderful. 'Perfect location for a nice weekend in Greenville. Would definitely return. Despite being virtually sold out, hotel was very quiet. A nice surprise was Spoonbread restaurant. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast there. I had the salmon, poached eggs and salad and it the fish was cooked perfectly, seasoned well. Hotel location was central to and walkable to the best of downtown Greenville.'

'Our stay was very pleasant. The only issue was tgat we arrived at 1am. We paid for parking but there was no valet on duty. We were asked to park the car in the back of the building and they said they would take care of it. Although they asked us to hold onto tge keys. We were awoken at 7am as they needed the keys we offered to leave with them. '
