'It is an extreme modern hotel, certainly not cosy. everything is supermodern, it is cold inside (also the temperature). Staff is trained, but not in the right way, with everything you get a big story with options, and when you ask something little different than their standard it is not possible. We had junior suite, and acces to executives lounge, but no staff present. To get from the parking garage to the hotel is a nightmare. No signs, many doors, and not suitable for suitcases. 'Upon arrival the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. The first day they said they would fix it, but unfortunately they didn’t. If it was a private trip I wouldn’t mind, but since this was a business trip, I needed internet for work. The next day we got assigned to another apartment which did have internet and we upgraded to a two bedroom apartment instead of a one bedroom. 'Goed geregeld. Prima hotel'

'Hotel is gelegen vlakbij het centrum van Wroclaw, ongeveer 10-15 minuten lopen. Bedden zijn queensize en wat aan de kleine kant voor wat ons betreft. Verder is het een standaard hotel qua inrichting en verzorging.'

'De kamers werden niet automatisch schoongemaakt maar je moest elke dag vragen wat je schoongemaakt wilde hebben. Ook elke dag vragen voor handdoeken.'

'Correct, professional, friendly employees. Spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. Next to the hotel bus stop and tram stop. Transport to the city center within 15 minutes.'

'Schitterende accommodatie in prima omgeving. Enige minpunt is het gordijn. Deze was slechts de helft van het raam dus ‘s ochtends was er veel licht.'
