'It is an extreme modern hotel, certainly not cosy. everything is supermodern, it is cold inside (also the temperature). Staff is trained, but not in the right way, with everything you get a big story with options, and when you ask something little different than their standard it is not possible. We had junior suite, and acces to executives lounge, but no staff present. To get from the parking garage to the hotel is a nightmare. No signs, many doors, and not suitable for suitcases. For the money...

'The hotel is well located for visits to the Cathedral Island (Ostrów Tumski). The décor is unusual and a little dated but everything works perfectly. The wifi in my room was excellent, but apparently that was not always the case: a colleague was forced to worked in the corridor to get a signal. The double bed in my room (single occupancy) was provided with far more cushions than I needed, but the quilt was narrower than the bed so that I had to rearrange the covers before I could use the bed....
