'We had a wonderful stay at No. 5 Valley Lodge. The staffs were so helpful and friendly. Frankie was the best. He arranged everything for us from national park tickets, meals, transportation. Anything we ever needed. They were also available through wechat at all times if we had any questions. The hotel is far from downtown (if you want to go to other destinations) but very close to Zhangjiajie NP. Highly recommend this place and we would absolutely book again if we come back. '

'Staff spoke well English and very friendly. I spent days on researching Zhangjiajie, Wulingyuang, Glass Bridge, Grand Canyon, Huanglong Cave, and Tianmen Mt. I had total of six days to knock all those out and the staff helped me with my itinerary and gave amazing suggestions on route. 'If you want to stay in the country side with no room service, no restaurant, outdoor bathroom (which I don’t recommend in the winter) then this is the hotel for you. It is probably not the best option for tourists that are visiting Zhangjiajie as it in an isolated area. The hotel itself is clean, and the views are amazing! 'Dans l'ensemble le séjour c'est très bien passé. L'emplacement est proche de l'entrée du parc et quelques options de diner sont à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Le staff de l'hôtel a été très sympa et parle correctement l'anglais. La chambre avec balcon que nous avons eut été très correcte dans l'ensemble.'
