'House has new recliner sofas that were so comfortable. Loved the soaking tub and the backyard. Kitchen was well stocked and we had coffee for each day plus water bottles and snacks. We absolutely loved the house and neighborhood. We walked to the park several times, it's safe and neighborhood is friendly. Owners were great and went above and beyond.'

'This is a true gem! We can't say enough good things about the lot, location, and friendliness of the owners. The beach was perfect for afternoons with our small kids, and the swim dock perfect for evenings after they were in bed, to enjoy the nearly 180 degree views of the lake. The house is quirky, but thoughtfully stocked -- the best of any rental we've stayed in. We loved how easy it was to get to Belmont and all the other small towns nearby, not to mention Charlotte. 'My friends and I loved staying here. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were completely stocked, and there was plenty of space for all 5 of us. An added bonus, the house was close to all Charlotte has to offer. Definitely would stay here again!'

'We loved the location of this property. Overall a great place. Just a few suggestions. The towels and linen should be replaced - very wore and stained. We rented for 10 days and no one came to mow or cleaned up the outside of the property. Looked like it had not been mowed for a few weeks, very overgrown and just a mess.'

'We were looking for a place to spend the night after a concert in Charlotte. This was only a few miles away and it was a better deal for us to book this house than 2 hotel rooms! It's an older home but was clean and well-kept. It also had a huge backyard! I would recommend this, especially if you are looking for an extended stay with family and want to be really close to, but not in uptown.'

'This house is blocks from tons of action! It is within a short (less than 10-20mins) driving distance of even more cool areas with lots to offer. It was cute, pretty clean and even though you are in the city - the back deck, trees, birds and other nature to be enjoyed, make you feel so serene. Another great thing was the jetted tub in the bathroom - which also overlooks that sweet backyard, again. I mistakenly messed up my booking and accidentally forgot to book the full stay, I shorted myself...

'The Bungalow was a cozy place with cute decor in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t spend much of our day here but the bed was comfortable and the bungalow was clean. The bus stop is a 30 second walk from here and the ride to town is about 6 minutes. Communication with property manager was good and they offered their assistance for ideas of things to do in Charlotte. Would stay here again if back in Charlotte.'

We didn’t have any coffee when we got there and we didn’t even have to ask, the host had some delivered the next morning. Very clean and nice neighborhood, would definitely come again!'
