'Second time staying here. We had an event locally that started before check-in time, so we asked to park our car since we were taking Uber. Turns out our room was ready so they let us check in early and keep our stuff safely in the room. They were wonderful! Super clean room again, quiet location, great price. Definitely our go-to in that area to stay! '

'Through no fault of their own, Holiday Inn Express at Horse Cave was unable to host us. When we arrived to check in, the clerk regretfully informed us that power had just been restored after a multi-day regional blackout due to storms. Consequently, they were in no shape to take guests that night. They had tried to reach us when the power went out but Hotels.com had not provided our contact number.... Despite the fact that I had included it when I booked the room on the hotels.com site. For what...

Room was clean and cleaned daily, the lobby, pool, and breakfast area were nice and clean...My only issue; my room was located on the main front parking lot side, at times it was quite noisy, especially when a motorcycle parked outside my window at 2:00a.m. My other family member had a room across from me, on the other side and didn't have any issues.'
