'Staff said expedia sent over a 2 bed and i reserved a king bed. Lady said i have a king with no windows was thr only thing she had aval. Which was weird and kinda creepy. 'The hallways smelled like Marijuana, kids were running around making noise until 2:30 am. The pool was green, wet towels laying around, not clean at all. Front desk staff wasn't sure about the noise or where the security guard was during the night.'

'This is our go-to hotel in KC. It is conveniently located in the middle of the Power and Light district. The T-Mobile center is in walking distance. The hotel is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious. The only issue we had when last time we stayed there was that the elevator wasn’t working properly. Hopefully that issue has been fixed.'
